What to expect

  • Kickoff & Goal Setting
    Engage key stakeholders to clarify the purpose, scope, and intended outcomes of the senior leadership review process.

  • Role & Criteria Review
    Examine job descriptions, strategic priorities, and existing evaluation tools to establish clear, consistent criteria for review.

  • Interviews & Discovery
    Conduct confidential conversations with each senior leader and relevant peers or reports to gather multiple perspectives on performance and impact.

  • Performance Analysis & Draft Feedback
    Synthesize information in written summaries that reflect accomplishments, growth areas, and alignment with institutional goals.

  • Feedback Delivery Planning
    Collaborate with the Head of School (and others as appropriate) to prepare for performance conversations that are constructive, consistent, and actionable.

  • Presentation & Growth Planning
    Conclude with a summary report and recommendations for ongoing evaluation structures, ensuring senior leaders have clarity and support for continued development.
