What to expect

Kickoff & Planning
We’ll hold with a focused meeting (usually virtual) with key site stakeholders to align on goals, review logistics, and confirm other priorities for the work ahead. -

Discovery & Onsite Work
Over the 10 day engagement, 3-5 days will entail onsite meetings with key staff, observation of practices, and gathering of other insights. -

Systems & Documentation Review
We will review existing policies, procedures, and platforms to see how current systems work in practice. -

Playbook Development
At the end of the engagement, you will receive a “playbook” (manual) for your entire employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, evaluation, growth, and separation. -

Training & Implementation Support
For any recommended updates to processes or policies, we will train appropriate staff so they can confidently use the new practices. -

Alignment & Handoff
We will wrap up with a presentation, the hand off of updated materials, and a summary of important next steps for those who will continue to lead this work at your school.
